How this works

We here at Disc Golf Depot Puget Sound strives to process orders for in-stock items within 1-2 business days of the receipt of your order. Pending order verification and payment confirmation. Orders placed prior to 10 AM Pacific Standard Time will arrive within the indicated time period according to the chart and information below. You will be provided tracking information when the package is shipped via UPS, FedEx and USPS Priority and First Class Mail. Any delays will be communicated through your email address usually within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipping information

U.S. Regular Ground Shipments
 Most items shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via standard ground service will arrive in 3-8 business days. This service is not available for Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations. Rural shipments might require 1 extra day before delivery

Express Next Day Service
 You can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 3 full business days after the order has been shipped. This service is available for Alaska and Hawaii. 

Expedited 2 or 3 Day Service
 Most items will be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via air expedited service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 3 full business days after the order has been shipped. This service is available for Alaska and Hawaii. 

Priority Mail
 Items that are not deliverable to your address via our regular shipping method (such as PO Boxes, and some rural routes) will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. This method is not track able. This service is an alternative to air shipping for Alaska and Hawaii. Military APA and FPO addresses will also be shipped via priority mail. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 8 full business days after the order has been shipped

International Shipping
For destinations outside the United States packages will be sent USPS air mail (10-14 days to most destinations) or the best most viable option. If you would like a quote for surface or express shipping please indicate so in the comment area of your checkout shopping cart. The various shipping methods and costs will be sent to you via email. If you request a shipping quote, please be aware that we will not ship your package until your desired shipping method is confirmed to us via email. 

We base our shipping charges on the value of your order. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we'll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we'll only charge you once for the charges that apply to the total value of your order. Overnight delivery will require a signature. For all other methods of delivery, we recommend that someone be available to accept the package.

If you choose to upgrade your shipping to Expedited or Express, your order must be received with payment confirmation by 10:00 AM PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

International shipping will be sent via USPS First Class International (under 4 pounds) or Priority International Mail (over 4 pounds). You will be sent an email before we ship your order indicating total cost as well as the shipping amount. If you wish to have us hold your order until you approve shipping please indicate this in the customer comment area during checkout.

USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail shipping are required for destinations in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Price for shipping will be determined based on the size and weight of your order.

 

 

What You Can Exchange or Return

We here at Disc Golf Puget Sound unconditionally guarantee all products we sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship (not just simple cosmetic issues). We will gladly replace or refund your purchase with store credit for any defective items you wish to return. This guarantee also applies to the fit, quality, color, or size of any item we stock.

Please note the following limitations:

Item must be returned with receipt within 30 days from date of purchase.

 

 Exchange or credit given if the item is returned unused after 30 days with a receipt of purchase.

 

No refunds or returns without proof of purchase. No exceptions.

 

Used returns are subject to partial credit.

Custom orders or items valued at $25 or more will be charged a 10% restocking fee

If you simply wish to exchange or return an item, you are responsible for return shipping charges. When we ship you the replacement item there will be a nominal additional shipping charge. We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking.

We here at Disc Golf Puget Sound are not responsible for lost shipments.

You decide you don't like the style, fit, or color.

What to do:

  1. We do not require authorization (RMA) to return an item.
  2. Place the items you wish to return in a suitable box or envelope.
  3. You must include a copy of the original invoice.
  4. If applicable, indicate the style, color, and size of your desired replacement item (s).
  5. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction.

If you request a replacement:
When the returned item is received, we immediately process a new order for your replacement item, and ship you a replacement item ASAP (usually within 1-2 business days of receipt).

 

If you request a Refund (store credit only):
When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited (in store) ASAP (usually within 1-2 business days of receipt).
